Adirondack Extreme requires a formal request for the donation of Gift Cards for use in charitable fundraising events and at other non-profit entities such as schools. Due to the volume of requests received each year, requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. To request a donation please complete and submit the following form at least six weeks in advance of your event.
