There are few activities that bond a family more than adventure activities in the great outdoors. And where better to experience the outdoors, than beautiful Lake George, NY region which has so many outdoor activities and scenery to offer. Reconnecting with nature after a long, cold winter is invigorating in itself but, more importantly, there is nothing better than watching your children problem solve, communicate, gain confidence and feel empowered.

     Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course located in Bolton Landing, NY, is just a short 20 minute drive from Lake George, and offers a fun and exciting outdoor adventure for the enture family. Adirondack Extreme is a 1.5 mile tree top obstacle course  with zip lines, wobbly bridges, climbing walls, rope swings, nets and more. There are varying skill levels and a kids’ course so there is something for everyone! Guests looking to climb must be able to comfortably fit into a 44 inch waist harness. Adirondack Extreme is open April through November.

Absolute fantastic day. I was there on Friday with my daughter and her friend and it was an incredible adventure. Highly recommend to everyone who are thrill seekers. Staff very outgoing and friendly. Lodge great place to hang out when waiting for the ones doing the courses. My 17 year old daughter did all 5 courses and she was exhausted but thrilled. She’s planning on coming again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
